How the order process works
- Place your order: add items to cart and complete checkout with your shipping details.
- Receive payment email: after checkout, you’ll receive an email with payment details (PayID / bank transfer) and your unique order reference.
- Complete payment: use the details from the email to complete your transfer.
- Send payment screenshot: reply to the email (or contact support) with a screenshot/confirmation so we can verify payment.
- Verification & dispatch: once verified, your order is processed and shipped. You’ll receive a tracking ID when it’s dispatched.
Tracking your order
You can track your order using the tracking page: Track order. If you don’t have a tracking ID yet, your order may still be awaiting payment verification or dispatch.
Shipping (general)
- Dispatch timing: typically after payment verification.
- Delivery timeframe: varies by location and carrier.
- Address accuracy: please double-check shipping details at checkout to avoid delays.
Issues, returns & remedies
If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order reference and photos (if applicable). We’ll assess the situation and provide a remedy in line with applicable consumer guarantees.
